- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, caramelize the onions until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, caramelized onions, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
