A protein-packed frozen treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with rich peanut butter for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray using a teaspoon or small scooper.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each mound or drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Consider chilling mixing tools for best results.
