Description

A protein-packed frozen treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with rich peanut butter for a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray using a teaspoon or small scooper.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each mound or drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Consider chilling mixing tools for best results.
