Description

An easy, protein-packed frozen snack blending Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or almond butter. Chill mixing tools if the kitchen is warm for better results.
