Description

A delicious twist on classic garlic bread and grilled cheese, combining rich buttery flavors with gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering all the way to the edges.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and add half of the cheese blend on each slice.
  4. Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat, and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for better melting. Experiment with different types of bread for unique flavors.
