A delicious twist on classic garlic bread and grilled cheese, combining rich buttery flavors with gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering all the way to the edges.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and add half of the cheese blend on each slice.
- Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat, and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for better melting. Experiment with different types of bread for unique flavors.
