Description

A comforting and satisfying pasta dish featuring ground beef, garlic, and a rich butter cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pot and toss until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef. You can also customize this recipe with your favorite pasta shape or add vegetables like spinach.
