- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot and toss until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef. You can also customize this recipe with your favorite pasta shape or add vegetables like spinach.
