- 1 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 Tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 wedges Lemon (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter (or olive oil), garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp is well coated.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
