Description

A quick and delicious garlic parmesan baked shrimp recipe that is both satisfying and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 wedges Lemon (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter (or olive oil), garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp is well coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
