Description
Delicious bites of cheeseburger goodness wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, infused with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving some for flavor.
- Add the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold the dough tightly into a sealed pouch.
- Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
To prevent greasiness, ensure all excess fat is drained from the ground beef. Consider adding ingredients like diced onions or jalapeños for a flavor twist.
