Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and twisted pasta, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 18 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken. Season with Italian seasoning and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
