- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 18 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken. Season with Italian seasoning and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
