- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use starchy potatoes like Russets or Yukon Golds. Ensure even sizes for uniform cooking. Consider experimenting with additional seasonings and serving with dips.
