Ingredients

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and molasses until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Place the rolled dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the tops have a beautiful crinkle.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet before enjoying.
