Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 ½ tbsp unsulphured molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and let syrup cool.
  4. Brew chai tea concentrate according to package instructions.
  5. In a serving glass, add ice.
  6. Pour chai concentrate, followed by gingerbread syrup, then slowly pour oat milk.
  7. Froth coconut whipped cream or additional oat milk and top the drink.
