- 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- 2 cinnamon sticks

- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fragrant and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain out ginger and cinnamon sticks; store syrup in the refrigerator.
- To Assemble the Cocktail: Rim the glass with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Fill with ice.
- In a shaker, combine vodka, Kahlúa, and gingerbread syrup; shake well.
- Pour the mixture over the ice and gently pour heavy cream over the top to create layers.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon or nutmeg and a mini gingerbread cookie. Enjoy!
Notes
