- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- Add the kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the glaze, making sure everything is well coated.
- Stack the kielbasa and pineapple on skewers if grilling.
- Place the glazed kielbasa and pineapple bites on a baking sheet if baking, or on the grill.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, or grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kielbasa is heated through and slightly caramelized.

Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the kielbasa in the glaze for a few hours before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for heat. Use different types of sausage for a healthier option.
