Description

Delicious and nutritious bagel bites that are high in protein, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese (about 1 tsp per bite)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
  3. Flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball and add 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
  5. Seal the dough around the cream cheese and reshape it into a ball.
  6. Brush with the egg wash or spray lightly with oil. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
  8. Air fry the bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until they are golden brown.
  9. Let them cool slightly and enjoy warm.

Notes

Don’t overmix the dough to prevent tough bagel bites and experiment with different fillings for variety.
