Ingredients

- ⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 10 tsp cream cheese (about 1 tsp per bite)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
- Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
- Flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball and add 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
- Seal the dough around the cream cheese and reshape it into a ball.
- Brush with the egg wash or spray lightly with oil. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Air fry the bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly and enjoy warm.
Notes
Don’t overmix the dough to prevent tough bagel bites and experiment with different fillings for variety.
