Description

A delightful dish that combines succulent chicken and fresh broccoli, drizzled with a rich and creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Sauté broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, remaining garlic, soy sauce, and any leftover marinade. Heat over low until warmed through.
  5. Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with sautéed broccoli, sliced chicken, and creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate chicken for an hour or overnight. Serve with rice or quinoa for a more filling meal.
