Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach wilts and is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
