- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach wilts and is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
