Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes.

  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.

Notes

Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of paprika for added flavor. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
