Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Stir in the diced sweet potatoes and chopped spinach. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, ensuring it’s well distributed. Optionally, sprinkle cheese on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and everything is heated through.
