Description

A delicious and nutritious parfait packed with fresh fruits and Greek yogurt, making it perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Blueberries
  • Cherries
  • Mango (diced)
  • Red currants
  • Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Granola or oats
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add a base layer of granola at the bottom of your glass or bowl.
  2. Pour yogurt on top of the granola.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by diced mango and blueberries.
  4. Add more yogurt and then another layer of granola.
  5. Top with cherries, red currants, and a few mint leaves for decoration.
