Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, scramble the eggs with fresh spinach and low-fat cheese until fully cooked. Serve this mixture between slices of whole grain bread.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, mashed banana, and almond milk. Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until firm and golden brown.
  3. Blend oats, protein powder, mashed banana, an egg, and a splash of almond milk in a bowl. Pour onto a heated skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface; flip and cook until golden brown. Serve with Greek yogurt on top.
