- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the russet potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes before baking. Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste.
