Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the russet potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
