- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 pieces Laughing Cow cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- Cooking spray or a bit of oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and Laughing Cow cheese until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add a bit of oil.
- Place the low-carb tortilla in the skillet and spread the chicken mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
