Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.

- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg white mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
