Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large baking dish, layer the diced potatoes, cooked meat mixture, and creamy soup.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
