Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
