Quick and tasty Honey Garlic Salmon Bites with a sweet and savory flavor that everyone loves.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  4. Add the salmon bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until flaky and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle any leftover marinade over the salmon.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the salmon to keep it tender. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to the marinade.
