Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper hangs over the edges.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar until fully incorporated.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing each until smooth.
- Pour in the heavy cream and blend until homogeneous.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is deeply caramelized.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then lift out and cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze tightly wrapped to avoid freezer burn. Let the cheesecake chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
