- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
