Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your low-carb snack!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Adjust seasonings to taste.
