Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your low-carb snack!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Adjust seasonings to taste.
