A quick and easy keto-friendly meal packed with flavors of bacon and ranch, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing and heavy cream. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. While baking, cook the bacon until crispy. Allow it to cool before crumbling it.
  8. After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
