Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
