Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked mushrooms, heavy cream, shredded cheese, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
