- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Combine the shredded chicken, cooked mushrooms, heavy cream, shredded cheese, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
