Description

A satisfying one-pan meal combining ground beef, fresh broccoli, and rich cheddar cheese, perfect for a keto lifestyle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula into small crumbles. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Push the beef to one side and add the onion and garlic to the empty space. Cook for about 3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and sauté for a minute.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir well.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  7. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and stir gently to combine.
  8. Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover, and let it cook for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  9. If using, add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes, stir to combine.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, try different cheeses or add vegetables like mushrooms.
