- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: powdered erythritol for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
- Optionally, dust with powdered erythritol before serving.
