Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, salt, and almond milk over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish and freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve.
