Description

Easy low-carb Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites are a quick snack that delivers pizza flavor in a tiny, grab-and-go package.


Ingredients

  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons low sugar pizza sauce (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Place one slice of pepperoni into each muffin cup to form a base.
  4. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add a small spoonful of the cheese mix on top of the pepperoni.
  6. If using sauce, add a small dot under or over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

For extra crisp edges, broil for 30 seconds at the end but watch closely to prevent burning.
