Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with your favorite summer salads or sides.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight. Use a meat thermometer for precise cooking.
