- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite summer salads or sides.
