Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice and serve with your favorite summer salads or sides, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate overnight. Avoid overcooking the chicken for a juicier result. Use fresh citrus for enhanced flavor.
