Description

A luxurious dish featuring lobster meat in a creamy sauce, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then cool and remove the meat from the shells. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced shallots, cooking until translucent.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, white wine, and Dijon mustard; cook until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the lobster meat and parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the mixture back into the lobster shells, place them in a baking dish, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy the rich flavors!

Notes

For extra richness, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top before baking for a cheesy crust. Serve with a light salad or steamed vegetables.
