- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then cool and remove the meat from the shells. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced shallots, cooking until translucent.
- Stir in the heavy cream, white wine, and Dijon mustard; cook until slightly thickened.
- Add the lobster meat and parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture back into the lobster shells, place them in a baking dish, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy the rich flavors!
