- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For optimal texture, sauté fresh veggies briefly to reduce moisture. Cooked chicken can include rotisserie or leftover roasted chicken.
