Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt until they are well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter with both the white sugar and powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy and light.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is combined. Take care not to overmix.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
