A comforting and juicy meatloaf made with a mix of ground beef and pork, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top for glaze, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
