Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
