Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, taco seasoning, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
