- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
- Chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped bacon.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
