Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a muffin tin. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs; mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling into cooled crusts, filling just below the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Top with red and green sprinkles before serving.
