- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a muffin tin. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs; mix until well combined.
- Spoon cheesecake filling into cooled crusts, filling just below the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with red and green sprinkles before serving.
