- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or ramen)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. For a vegetarian version, use tofu or tempeh and vegetable broth.
