Description

Moose Bites are delightful no-bake treats made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (300ml/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
  6. Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving.
