Description

A summery, tangy, and creamy frozen yogurt made from fresh nectarines, Greek yogurt, and natural sweeteners, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh nectarines, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours for a firmer texture.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe nectarines for the best flavor and natural sweetness. Consider chilling the base before churning for a smoother texture.
