Description

Creamy, macro-friendly Ninja Creami protein ice cream made with Fairlife shake and powdered peanut butter, perfect for dessert without the guilt.


Ingredients

Scale

12 oz Fairlife chocolate protein shake

3 oz nonfat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2)

2 tbsp instant chocolate pudding mix (optional)

1/4 tsp xanthan gum or guar gum (optional)


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to your Ninja Creami pint.

2. Mix well using a spoon or handheld frother.

3. Let rest uncovered for 5–10 minutes.

4. Freeze on a level surface for at least 12 hours.

5. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.

6. If crumbly, add 1–2 oz milk and Re-Spin.

7. Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or cookie bits if desired.

Notes

To boost protein even more, add 1/2 scoop of whey isolate.

For a thicker consistency, swap Greek yogurt for cottage cheese.

Pints can be prepped in batches and stored frozen for up to 3 weeks.

Use Re-Spin function after freezing to restore texture.
